Although Alaska is a year round destination, when it comes to taking an Alaskan cruise most cruises usually end in the month of September.  Alaska’s busiest time is during the summer months and the “shoulder season” May and September as it is more cost effective.  Therefore .you probably are not going to find much in December, if you are able to find any Alaskan cruises in December at all.  The chance of this happening seems very rare given the circumstances.

If you are set on traveling to Alaska on a cruise when it is a bit chillier outside then perhaps you should opt for some nice Alaskan fall weather and go in late September instead of the month of December.  This way you still get those cooler temperatures that you were maybe hoping for in the beginning and still be able to sight see.

If you are worried about wanting to go to Alaska in December because you were hoping to see snow and ice, then look no further because most of the time you will see snow and ice anyways as Alaska is famous for colder weather and glaciers no matter what the season.
